Another cracking session for Paul Heseltine.

Well my 1st time fishing Southcliff Farm Fishery and OMG didn't see this coming 15 fish in total with 6 of them going over 20lb the biggest was 24lb 8oz. I started off on a all out boilie approach 15mm Maxi-nut with a 15mm match the hatch wafter as hook bait that didn't last long let me tell you! Pasty Bashing no thanks 18mm hardened hook baits soon sorted the better fish out. Literally ran out of boilie heading into the 2nd night the fattys had 8kg so the last night I just had a good night's sleep lol and packed up in the morning. Certainly is some lovely old crusty characters in there. Syndicate water starts for me next week looking forward to that amongst a bit of special carp hunting in-between.

The H bomb has been at it again, here goes.

Doddington ~ Moon Lake.....
Well my 1st trip over to Doddington didn't disappoint, fished Moon Lake 28 wraps three on the spot in some horrendous winds I might add, this proper scaly 20lber was my reward. I did leave with my tail between my legs as I lost my 2nd bite and like many will say felt like a good one. House pellet and Key baitsolutions Maxi-nut in 12mm matching pop up over the top.
