A beautiful heritage cloth from the North of England.
We had less than half a roll, we’ve just made a handful of this piece.
Made in our home town of Derby on vintage industrial machines.
Works well with the Mills Chambray Shirt in Works and the classic Utility Pant.

The cloth is from the North of England, woven in an historical textile mill that first started weaving back in the 1860’s.
The jackets are made one by one in Great Britain in small limited batches.

Herringbone Coverall Jacket

We’re making just a few more…
This jacket is cut from a beautiful 100% cotton herringbone deadstock cloth.
Woven, dyed, and finished by a historical textile mill in the North of England, weaving heritage cloth since 1880.
The weight is exactly as you’d expect, substantial yet comfortable, the piece will develop its own character with wear and time.
Cut and sewn in Great Britain in short a batch production.
Each jacket is constructed individually on vintage industrial machines using traditional methods. Inner seams and facings are taped and bound, with bar tacks at stress points for longevity.
Keyhole buttonholes are cut one by one on a 1940s vintage Reece 101 industrial buttonhole machine and finished with quality deadstock tonal buttons.
Two lower pockets with single pocket insert, outer and inner chest pockets.
Made one by one. Nothing rushed. Nothing automated. Every detail considered.
