1. Firstly, come in for a detailed eye exam, so we can make sure you have the correct lenses for your eyes and your daily routines.β β β β β β β β β

2. Practice the 20/20/20 rule where you look up from your screen every 20 minutes and focus on something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.β β β β β β β β β

3. Remember to blink more often. As you look at a screen, remind yourself to blink constantly, because you likely arenβt doing it enough.β β β β β β β β β

4. Better lighting goes a long way toward relieving eye strain. Adjust your screens to minimize glare. Your screen should blend with the surrounding lighting, not pop out.β β β β β β β β β
