LIGHTING
Lighting is such an important part of any design and can make a space feel much more luxurious and warm.
Whenever we design the interiors of our homes, lighting is an essential element we look to incorporate.

PROJECT UPDATE - 27 HAREWOOD ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON
Works are progressing well with the main roof areas now fully tiled and the first floor tile hanging 60% completed. Lead work detailing has started around the window areas whilst the dry ridge system is being installed.
Once the windows are installed the internal works can commence including the floor screeding and under floor heating system.
We believe the detailing on any house is really important which is why we have included the club tiles on the tile hanging at first floor, and matching club style lead work under the windows.

PROJECT UPDATE - 27 HAREWOOD ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON
The existing house is now in the decoration phase with the base coats and preparation works underway. The in colour scheme will see a palette of colours used with a gentle nod to its Victorian heritage.

PLANNING GRANTED
Silverleaf Group have successfully obtained planning consent for a detached chalet bungalow on a piece of land in Warlingham.
The existing land currently hosts the former garage of a large house on the opposite site and Silverleaf recognised an opportunity to repurpose the site and propose a modest chalet bungalow.
Planning was granted at local level by way of delegated powers.

PROJECT UPDATE - HAREWOOD ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON
Brickwork is up to first floor level and the team are finishing off the brickwork corbel around the perimeter. We are really pleased with how the external of the house is progressing with the full structure due to be complete in 6 weeks time.
All of our homes are built to the highest standard and attention to detail is fundamental to everything we do.

PROJECT UPDATE - HAREWOOD ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON
The footings are now in for the new house and from here we should see some quick progress.
Once they are filled with concrete the initial clockwork will be installed followed by insulation and a concrete slab for the ground floor on which the brickwork will be laid to form the layout of the house.

Works on the existing house are progressing at pace with second fix nearly completed including installation of the herringbone wood flooring to the ground floor 😍
Foundations for the new house start Monday!

Site works are progressing well with all of the strip out and structural works completed enabling us to start to install the new interior walls optimising the layout and enabling an ensure bathroom to be created.

NEW PROJECT - HAREWOOD ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON
In January 2024 we commenced work on our latest project comprising the reconfiguration and refurbishment of a dated semi-detached Victorian cottage and the er****on of a new 4 bedroom house to the side.
