Our latest SITREP examines how drone spillover incidents triggered Latvia’s political crisis—highlighting how “accidental” events can have strategic consequences.

Using METIS data, we show that cross-border munitions incidents are increasing, raising the risk of escalation with NATO and increased risk to the civilian population beyond Ukraine.
