Nicholson Clean

I wasn’t quite sure if this was something for the business page, but as I see all customers as friends, I feel it’s ok…

Now it may or may not come as surprise to some of you if you catch me on a clean and you’re in a hurry 🤣 but I was diagnosed last week with combined ADHD, so basically I forget things, lose things, always on the go and a bit hyper, randomly chat and I’m easily distracted looking for a nice dopamine hit or my brain looking for stimulation without me knowing 🤣, whilst also massively overthinking everything on a daily basis, this could be triggered by message about something I’ve forgotten or a I’ve said I’ll get back too you with, I haven’t forgotten, the brains gone off somewhere else for a while 🤣🤣🤣
I also regularly feel things like I’ve let a you all down if I’m running a few days behind or don’t reply straight away/miss a message etc, so hopefully it explains why sometimes my messages are quite in depth, long winded or repetitive at times, it’s just my overthinking brain making sure I’m not letting you or my business down 🫶, as I’m proud of what I’ve built

but in all seriousness, I have spent the last 2-3 years not liking being me and how my brain operates, but now I have a bit of answer to why I’m who I am, so I can learn to be happy being me, which I slowly am 😊

Anyway, that’s a ADHD thing post if ever I’ve seen one 🤣🤣🤣
