You cannot pour from an empty cup ☕️
Your child doesn’t just hear your words …they FEEL your energy.
When you’re running on empty, anxious and overwhelmed… they pick that up without you saying a single thing!

So yes, get your child support. But also:
🌿 Give yourself permission to rest
🌿 Ask for help without guilt
🌿 Process YOUR feelings too
🌿 Fill your own cup so you have something to give

Looking after yourself isn’t selfish.
It’s the most important thing you can do for your child. 🙏

Today we delivered a wellbeing session at Berkswell Primary School! 🌿 ✏️
The children explored how worries, negative emotions and difficult experiences can accumulate over time if they aren’t expressed.
Using our “fill your cup” activity, they wrote down their worries and emotions, filling their cups to represent emotional overload. Together, we then shredded those worries as a powerful visual reminder that emotions need healthy outlets and should not be carried alone.

Our school wellbeing sessions are designed to build confidence, self-awareness, emotional regulation & nervous system regulation. We create safe, engaging spaces where children can understand their feelings, develop resilience and learn practical tools to support their wellbeing.

We believe wellbeing should be at the centre of every child’s day, helping them feel calmer, more confident & better equipped to thrive both in and out of the classroom!

Join us for an afternoon of fun, connection, and community at the Roots Family Fun Festival, proudly hosted by us... The Gaia Roots Foundation, in aid of raising funds to help us support mental health wellbeing to children, teens and adults.

Bring the whole family along for a vibrant celebration packed with activities, local businesses, wellness experiences, and plenty of smiles. Whether you're looking for family entertainment, delicious food, unique handmade gifts, or a chance to relax and connect with your community, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

A simple walk, fresh air, conversations, laughter and a safe space for the girls to just be themselves. Sometimes the most powerful therapy is feeling seen, heard and connected 💫

So proud of these girls and the little community we’re building together ✨
