This denim piece came in with sleeves, but not with purpose. So we reimagined it, cutting away what wasn’t needed and turning those same sleeves into statement ropes at the hem. Nothing wasted. Everything intentional.

Now it’s lighter, bolder, and completely transformed, just like it was always meant to be.

This is what upcycling looks like: not just changing clothes, but redefining them.
