What It Means to Be a WiN Representative at Embed Limited.

Being a part of the Embed Littelfuse Women’s Initiative Network (WiN) is more than a title—it’s a calling.
The mission of WiN speaks to networking, mentoring, and education, but to me, it’s something deeper. It’s about connection, courage, and community.

As a WiN representative, I have the privilege of helping women see their worth, build their confidence, and remind them that they are valued, heard, and respected. It’s about inspiring strength and bravery, while also embracing vulnerability—because being vulnerable doesn’t mean being weak. It means being real and in those moments, knowing you’re not alone makes all the difference.

WiN is also about friendship—the kind that lifts you up unconditionally. We support each other, learn from one another, and most importantly, we have fun together. We celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and grow—side by side.

To me, WiN is a safe space where women in technology and beyond can thrive, dream big, and know they have someone cheering them on every step of the way. I’m proud to be part of a network that builds not just careers, but confidence, connection, and courage. Thank you to the amazing women at Embed Limited for allowing me to be your friend.

Thank you to Wrekin Circuits Ltd for hosting us on an informative tour of your impressive facility. The visit provided our graduates, hardware and systems engineers at Embed Limited with valuable insight into one of the early stages of developing our automotive prototype designs.

We look forward to building on this engagement as we explore opportunities for a strong and collaborative partnership with Wrekin.
