I have now fully merged with FreshWave Cleaning and Companionship

Today’s weather made the decision we would stay in. So we chatted about childhood memories. Jimmy grew up on a farm, he oftens tells me about the horses he used to ride, the days working on the farm and milking the cows by hand!

Trains were a big part of his life too. His dad’s job was making sure the tracks were clear, and his uncle was a train driver. Nearly all the men in his family worked on the railways in some way.

One of his favourite memories is his godfather, who was a train inspector, always having a few coins spare for him when he was little ❤️

📢 Exciting Update from Shells Support Services

From **1st April**, Shells Support Services will be merging with FreshWave Cleaning and Companionship.

This change will allow us to offer a wider range of services while continuing to provide the same reliable, friendly support you know and trust.

All services will now be delivered under FreshWave Cleaning and Companionship and I’m excited about this new chapter and the opportunities it brings.

When we deep clean… we really deep clean.

It’s not just skirting boards and cobwebs — we empty cupboards, clean inside them, tackle the fridge, and then put everything back neatly and organised.

We never throw anything away without checking with you first. We understand that just because something might not look important to someone else, doesn’t mean it isn’t important to you.

You can book in for a completely confidential, non-judgemental chat. We’re happy to talk over the phone first, before visiting, so we can understand exactly what you need or would like help with.

We've had such a good day, talking about memories and places visited, do you recognise the place? Then at Betty's Friends, Coventry Irish Society, we had a variety of things to smell to see if we recognised them!

We have what sounds to be an interesting afternoon at the Coventry Irish Society tomorrow with Betty's Friends. We'll be smelling different things to see what memories it brings back. Come and join us, 12 till 2 at Eaton House in town by the train station

Dementia can be up and down, no two days are the same and what can be a fascination one day, can be a distant memory within an hour.

This morning I hadn't even got my foot through the door before J gave me the picture below. He is so excited for St Patrick's day! 🍀 Was a little disappointed when I said its not for a few weeks 😂 But the excitement this morning was real and a party was planned!

I currently have a weekly slot available on Tuesday mornings from 10am.
