I’m going back to being open on Wednesdays and closing Thursdays. Still closed Mondays.

After weeks of monitoring the change in footfall at Coventry Market, I am making an alteration to opening times:

Tuesday - 9.00-2.30
Wednesday - closed
Thursday - 9-1.30
Friday - 9-2.30

❗️Important post for all of the market’s customers ❗️

From today, access via the Rover Road entrance for vehicles and pedestrians is closed. This is the road that runs parallel to the old Iceland building.

You can still use the Sherbourne Arcade (Lower Precinct) entrance, it will lead you straight into the market.

If you keep supporting the market then all these local businesses will get through this tough trading environment.

Easter opening….

The market is open as usual Good Friday, Closed Bank holiday Monday.

Please check with individual traders for their opening times as these will vary from stall to stall.

Friends of Coventry Market, we need your help!

As you may or may not have seen, the re-development of Coventry City Centre South has begun and Coventry Market has been severely impacted by the redevelopments.

We’re calling for Coventry Council to improve access and signage to Coventry Market, as trade has seen a drop.

The Market will remain open and can be most easily accessed by the Lower Precinct, opposite Flannels, or between the hoarding opposite the old IKEA (using the ramp).
