Finished this big project today and and customer wanted a much needed fresher look after cracks and render falling off and discoloured render so we went with silicone render for maintenance free and much less chance of cracking. Hi all.
Please be careful when choosing who you have to do your rendering. This job is how a rendering company left the job to this lovely property and also paid in full. We have put the job right now and had you rip all the old render off first and cleaned windows, soffits ect but it’s probably the worst we have ever seen.

Two property’s finished, one done 12 years ago and the other this week in silicone render and both looking good. What a big difference and two very happy customers.
