I'm going to open a bag of Street Scatter to put with my wargames minis, or will keep me off the shiny Gundam kits...

I was going to lay another coat of SMS Hyperchrome on my Luna Rocketship from Pegasus and I also need to shape some Milliput sculpts.
I could be patient and use hand tools...

Morning all. It's far too grey outside today so I'm going to have a play with the AK Interactive Tactical Markings paint market set.
Bright yellow, red and white straight from a marker? I'll be the judge of that, and you can be too.
I'll be putting the set into my try before you buy bits so if you want to try them out just bring a test subject with you, pop by and have a play.
Markers are £6.75 per set or £2.25 each.

I've also put the photos of the tests of the Kaleido Colorworks Yellow below. The first photo is attempting to apply with a hand brush, the second was a coat applied with the airbrush. It definitely seems to work better with the airbrush but as with all painting, your coverage may vary.

This afternoon's product testing continues.
I will be trying out the Kaleido Colorworks Yellow with a paint brush to see how it lays down, I know they're designed for use in an airbrush but I wanted to test it hand brushed over standard acrylic, in this case, Duncan Rhodes Dark Sun Yellow.
Hoping to mask off the skin on the wizard figure and then see what the Kaleido Colorworks Red looks like on a 3D printed surface.

So, I've finished the little Optimus Prime kit from Trumpeter. The red and blue areas have been painted with Kaleido Colorworks K007 Blue and K003 Red.

Paint was applied using the Gaahleri Mobius 0.3 airbrush and the TurboX Mini Air Compressor.

The figure, paints, airbrush and compressor are all in store if anyone fancies a closer look. Now I need to find an excuse to test the Duncan Rhodes Troll Blood effects paint...
