The cookery project is a partnership between Team Springboard and Crow Recycling - the omelette tasted amazing
Spanish omelette was the dish in today's cooking session with our service users. People taking part picked spinach, parsley and thyme they had helped grow in the Crow garden and used it to make the omelette super tasty.
