We were delighted to be asked if we could help out with some photos at Par Sands Holiday Park yesterday, to help raise awareness for the amazing work being carried out with the initiative between Gover Community Larder and Park Holidays. Joined by our good friend Paul Williams, we hopefully captured the enthusiasm the team has for this worthwhile project.

Back in October, Park Holidays reached out to all its Parks across the country inviting them to participate in selecting a local food bank to support with donations. With over 50 holiday parks across the country, Park Holidays and Park Leisure holiday parks are active members of their local communities and perfectly placed to support individuals and families who may be facing challenging times.

Michelle Pickett, General Manager of Par Sands Coastal Holiday Park said “ We were absolutely delighted to get involved in this initiative, and we have been blown away by the generosity of our Par Sands team and our owners with the quantity of donations we have collected throughout November. Today we were able to hand over our collection to Sandra Heyward and the volunteers at Gover Community Larder, who work tirelessly to make a difference locally and support those in need in our local communities”.

The autumn colours are really starting to show now. Between the rain showers it was glorious skies. Carn Marth translated into English as Horse Hill. The engine house near Redruth standing tall between showers.

The recent stormy weather we have had serves to remind us how powerful Mother Nature is. The Eden Project also used Mother Nature to its advantage. We had the honour of filming the instalation of the Geothermal Pipework, with OnSite being the main contractors.

We had an incredible week filming the 2024 Hall for Cornwall 'Let's Create Showcase', a truly remarkable event brimming with talented performers and gifted individuals. It was a delight to capture the essence of this event, which stretched across 4 vibrant evenings filled with diverse acts. Our 3-camera setup allowed us to capture every angle and every moment, making it an unforgettable experience.

A fantastic evening listening and filming the wonderful Stuns'ls

Last night we spent most of our time in fits of laughter, filming our video for Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival.

Most of the gang were naturals in front of the camera with Gary, Bro and Mark leading the charge and I can't help thinking Tristan would have been better placed behind the camera rather than in front.

Buzzard Films were awesome with good direction plus showed no signs of frustration at our silliness. We're looking forward to the finished result at the end of the week ready to ship off to the team at Falmouth.
