We're incredibly proud to share the finished result of this complete apartment renovation at the The Royal Duchy Hotel Falmouth

What started as an empty shell has been transformed into a bright, modern and stylish apartment, finished to a high standard and making the most of those stunning views across Falmouth Bay.

Being trusted to deliver a project like this within one of Falmouth's most iconic and historic hotels was a fantastic opportunity for the Cornwall Maintenance team. It's been a major project, involving months of planning, coordination, craftsmanship and plenty of hard work along the way – and we couldn't be happier with how it's turned out.

We love the wooden floor and wall detail with the calming almost-teal wall colour. Such a good combination 👌

This tired, crumbling porch was completely transformed into a modern, welcoming entrance that’s built to last.

We’re so pleased with how this one turned out - the front door colours and statement tile choice work perfectly together and really bring the whole space to life.

We didn't get a "before" from this kitchen renovation - but we did get a "halfway through" and of course, the end result 😊

A beautiful, modern kitchen: pale sage green cabinets, set against white worktops, tiles and walls instantly creating the feeling of a very calm and welcoming space.

A full bathroom refit was carried out last week, changing a dated bathroom into a bright, contemporary space.
