chester community, we believe that local businesses have the power, the creativity, and the enterprise to help us tackle some of the most pressing social problems and challenges we face nowadays. Companies who engage in employee/employer volunteering benefit from a positive influence on their brand value and reputation. Volinteering helps to bring corporate values to life, by engaging customers and suppliers, and can build networks through collaboration with other local businesses. Employers/Employee volunteering can be also used to develop your personal talents and skills, and by demonstrating your company's commitment to being an employer/employee of choice it can aid staff recruitment and retention, boost staff morale and increase a company’s chances in any tendering process. As an independent organisation, we aim to avoid over-reliance on a single funder, and also aim to reduce dependence on grant-aid in the long term.
