A little look back through the archives, we can’t believe it is 5 years ago this week, since we reopened Prettygate Post Office within our charity shop 🐈‍⬛🐈🐾
Turning an empty retail unit into a busy charity shop and Post Office took a great deal of work - in 2021 just as the country was coming out of the second major Covid lockdown. As a community organisation ourselves, the charity wanted to reopen the Post Office branch to help the local community, with support from Sue, our local Councillor. Five years later on, our role has become even more challenging with the closure of Shrub End Post Office this spring, which has lead to a great increase in demand for our Post Office 📮💌 Thank you to everyone who has supported us in the last 5 years xx 🫶

🌻 Angel is absolutely adorable. Loves being combed which needs doing regularly. She loves being stroked and loves company. She is a very sweet girl.

Meet Muffin, you will be seeing quite a bit of him as we were asked by our vets at Colne Valley Veterinary Practice if we would take a gorgeous little boy who is only 8 months old to help fix his broken leg.

Muffin has had to go to Christchurch Referrals in Ipswich to get this done and it is a costly procedure.

He is recovering so well and he is the most happiest little boy. He doesn't keep still. In the end we've had to use the vets photo as we just couldn't get one that wasn't blurry.

If you would like to help us cover the cost of this operation then we would be so grateful.
