Have you always wanted to delve into the world of alcoholic apple juice? Not sure you'll like it? Heard it's all really high ABV?

Well, we can help with all those questions, all you have to do is come down and give it a try!!

Here are some cider facts and stats to get you in the mood...

Real cider is fermented from apple juice, much like wine, rather than being brewed like beer.

Traditional real cider is usually unpasteurised and often still (non-carbonated), although some naturally develop a light sparkle.

Many mass-market ciders sold in the UK legally contain as little as 35% apple juice, whereas quality real ciders are typically 90–100% juice.

Perry is the pear equivalent of cider and is made from specialist perry pears rather than eating pears.

Real cider can only be made when apples are harvested, making it a genuinely seasonal agricultural product.
