I’ve had a job delayed, which means I’ve now got space to fit 1–2 jobs in before the month’s out.

Eeny, meeny, miny, moe...two very different deals here. One is lower cashflow in the short-term, but will appreciate better over the long-term. The other is cheaper and would give a better return in the short-term, but will not appreciate as well over the years. Or...do I try and get both?! 🤔

Its not every day you get to work in a house that was used as a film (series) set it was amazing to hear about the level of detail the film crew went into to get the set exactly right! Ironically I used to live one mile down the road from the real White House Farm!
