Autumn 🍂 Sorry for the silence on this page but I'm putting all my energy into building my private practise!
Negotiating the ups and downs of working for myself so far has been interesting but I'm getting more confident every month! I can't believe I'm 4 months in already, here's to many more!

My work was exhibited last night at the .your.hands.project show in Cambridge

This "block" is a visual representation of my dyslexia and what it feels like when I do tasks that I struggle with!

Grateful for the cooler temperatures today..it was a paper boat kind of day ⛵️

**all boats were removed from the water after sailing, the kids actually made their own nets for this purpose!**

Lovely morning "punch and crunch" -ing at the punch needle workshop with the amazing . I can definitely see this becoming a new obsession...expect coasters for Christmas this year! 😅

We're halfway through the second Brave Futures group of the year at Highwoods, this time with 9-11 year olds.
My wonderful colleague brought in some paint and wallpaper and the kids got stuck in.
What started off with controlled mark making using sticks, quickly escalated into joyful chaos!
Large pieces of wood and logs were used to print (thrown!) onto the paper.
It really was a joy to witness undirected creativity, despite my boots getting covered in paint! (Last slide 😅)
