Great job tonight, hard working Thursday!
Year 2020 hasn't been the best for everyone... So why not do 2020 reps in 45mins! Seems like a way to lighten the mood.
Mix of cardio, strength, core and determination to get the whole body burning...
And from a watch perspective....
Seems to have done the trick...

Morning and afternoon sessions are still currently held via zoom.
For a more personal feel all evening sessions are held down at the unit!
Outside space available.
Had such a great time tonight having the guys back at the unit.
Realised how much harder you work in a group compared to on your own.
First night back in the unit for 14 weeks!
Officially returning to the unit (in a socially distant outside way) from the 13th of July!
