Take down off outbuilding with asbestos roof for local school and levelling existing ground

Completed project into the stage of additional extras being chosen by client. Works included, gas works, electrical, plumbing, flooring, plasterboarding, stud walls, doors, decorative paneling, structural work and painting. Up and running photos to follow!

New fencing with 10ft posts in the ground at 2ft to then be cut down to size for future levels. 2 natural streams repiped to existing ditch. Access for grab lorries made. New foul drainage around the property. Access drive at 1:20 gradient on front play and 1:15 towards back of house. Over 100T of spoil moved
