✨ Loft makeover! ✨ Safely vacuuming out vermiculite insulation, tested for asbestos before removal and cleared for safe handling.

Using specialist equipment, we left the loft spotless and ready for new insulation.

We recently completed a removal of spray foam insulation from a customer’s loft in Colchester. The homeowner was previously unaware that over time, spray foam can contribute to timber rot and will impact resale. After carefully removing the foam, we reinsulated the loft using knauf Loft Roll , restoring the space to a properly ventilated, compliant condition.

Loft vacuum clean, safely removing polystyrene insulation beads. These materials are highly flammable and not suitable for modern insulation standards, so professional removal is essential for fire safety and energy efficiency upgrades.

Using specialist equipment, we left the loft clean, clear, and ready for new insulation installation.
