I haven’t posted here in ages but I wanted to mine your hive mind

As you know I coach some exceptional leaders. But I also coach some (and meet many in my every day life) who think they’re a bit S #*! at leading.

I’m thinking of creating some resources to help those people Be A Little Less S #*! at Leadership.

E.g Be A Little Less S #*! At Speaking, Be A Little Less S #*! At Delegating, Be A Little Less S #*! At Meetings etc.

I’d like to get some feedback from you about this idea. Nuts or absolutely brilliant?

These would be e-books and videos and workbooks for private individuals to buy so they don’t have to admit to their company that they think they’re a bit s #*! and can sort out their (perceived) inadequacies in secret.

In two week's time my podcast will be back with a new name to reflect a new focus. And in today's show I explain more about what that's going to be and why it's going to be fabulous!

Today I'm also talking about down-days and what to do when you're not feeling so aligned...like when you're packing boxes before leaving all your worldly goods in a storage container and going off for a year and it all hits home.

I'm so excited about today's podcast.

I'm finally able to share a concept I've been developing for a fw weeks which will, I hope, get us all thinking about work and about leadership is a very different way.

Unworking is all about getting back to basics about why people work in our society and then thinking about how we people could work so that they could meet this basic human and societal need without sacrificing their soul.
