Nice little job we’ve nearly wrapped up 👍
The entrance had quite a steep gradient which made it awkward for cars getting in and out, especially lower vehicles. We’ve reduced the slope to create a much smoother run in, making access easy all round.
We also moved the gate further back, giving plenty more room to pull in off the road and park up without any hassle.
Gravel grids have been installed as well, keeping everything solid underfoot and making sure it’s usable all year round — even in the wetter weather.
We will be back to top the grids up after a few days to settle with soil then the area can be seeded, follow up pictures will be added once grass has taken. Thinking of a project simular? Get in touch.

Extension to the rumble strip and Drainage works carrier out at Castle Combe Circuit on quarry corner. Soakaway system completed in january with capacity of up to 30,000 litres of water means no more flooding on track.
