Here our Hospitality and Catering students learn the art of Restaurant service from start to finish, including producing the dishes to be served. We also have a sister restaurant; The Beechwood Restaurant which is situated at our Royal Forest of Dean Campus

We have our 2/3 course menu available on Wednesday and Thursday and on Friday ‘Another one bites the crust’ with Pies, Chips, Mash and Gravy! 🥧

Some snaps 📸 of this weeks Greek menu. The menu was chosen by some of our Level 2 pro cook students. It certainly brought some sunshine to the cloudy skies this week!
This menu received incredible feedback and there was great teamwork and communication too in a busy and delayed service 👏!
That’s a wrap for our penultimate term and things certainly stepped up a gear!!
A term of new experiences from trips to Venice & London, chef competitions, and even seeing Royalty!
Students have created delicious menus from British, to Italian and spicy Caribbean and had lots of busy services to learn from including a private function!
We have limited services left post half term for you to experience the culinary delights and wonderful service of the 25/26 students - we hope to see you there!

What a week for our catering students!! Things are certainly ramping up as we get closer to the end of the course
📸 1-6 Our Level 2 Hospitality & Catering students taking over a London kitchen for the afternoon learning some very important tips from the trade
📸 7-8 A private booking saw the Level 2 Pro Cook students learn function service skills - serving up 27 high standard meals
