I am going to sell off my antique and interiors stock. Here are the first few pieces; collection will be from my home in Birdwood, Gloucestershire.

New stock taken to Helianthus Emporium today as the garden table and chairs had sold. I’m going full on garden as we are being treated to some lovely weather.

I have just been to Helianthus Emporium with lots more stock, as you can see by the last photograph it had almost sold out!!! 😬

The wonderful Peacock Chair is there along with a fabulous garden table and chairs.

There are some lovely plants for sale there too as Dawn the owner also has a garden landscaping business.

HELLO! Welcome back to being able to go out shopping and the pub! I have been to my space at Helianthus Emporium today to take some new stock and have a move around (and dust!!).

Dawn of Helianthus Emporium has taken over the shop from Alan of Windmill Hill Antiques. Alan still has a large space within the emporium, plus lots of other lovely dealers. There will be a cafe opening on site very soon.

As always I have an eclectic mix of stock with old and newer pieces.

My two absolute favourites are the chrome drinks trolley, it’s very heavy and well made, plus the stunning Graham & Green Mulberry Leaf Chair.

I have also had a fresh delivery of beautiful clothes by Chalk.

I love these little jars, I think they were originally for ginger beer. They work perfectly as candle sticks or alternatively as a holder for home fragrance defusers. The Atsonea vintage triple mirror is pretty special too.

I have a fabulous bright space with lots of lovely new pieces.

Alan and my styles work fabulously together, so it is well worth a trip to take a look. There is lots of parking outside and open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The cafe is currently closed, but is due to reopen in the new year.

Today’s buying trip haul. Some of the jam jars were dug up where I went bottle digging over 40 years ago and still being dug today. Another aspect of this job is talking to lovely people and how they came buy the treasures they are selling.

Most of this will be for sale, once it has been cleaned and waxed.

The decorators ladders will be part of my new shop fittings initially.
