Cardiff gets three days of sunshine and suddenly tapas is all we can think about ☀️
It’s far too nice to be stuck in the kitchen, so come by, grab a drink, and order a few of your favourite plates instead.

Wine & Tapas Spotlight 🇪🇸
Minius Godello paired with Alcachofas Asadas.
Godello’s crisp citrus and soft stone fruit notes work beautifully with the smoky char of the roasted artichokes, complementing the dish without overpowering it.
On the plate: Roasted Murcian artichokes & Valencian peppers, romesco sauce & citrus dressing.
In the glass: well-balanced citrus and orchard fruits, with hints of peach and ground herbs.

Secreto Ibérico a.k.a the “hidden or secret” 👀
There is nothing secret to us about this one. It’s been on our menu almost since the start, which is almost 10 years ago. Once a hidden unused cut that butchers used to keep for themselves is now one of the most appreciated pieces of meat to be cooked à la plancha! We work directly with our producer in Spain to bring this in, so you’re getting the real deal 🇪🇸
A beautifully marbled, premium cut known for its deep flavour and tenderness.
We serve it chargrilled, marinated in garlic & thyme, and served pink with lemon, allioli & Padrón peppers. Made for sharing (although we won’t judge if you don’t)
