My Own Curry

Another happy Curry chef. I've found my original recipe cards from say 30 years ago. I always posted ingredients and actions side by side to save scrolling through a recipe. In the day I sent loads of Curry to Spain hence some random instructions. Keep looking.

Taffy the Tikka has had a busy day, so is now watching Cymru on TV. Come on ladies.

How about a hot beef and potato curry, served on a hot buttered naan bread, with hot lime pickle and raita. YES, it's Welsh Curry Season. I'll start blending tomorrow, so I'll update you as I progress. Best Xmas prezzie you'll ever buy.

Hot sweet and sour pork keema with all the bits. One pan, one plate, one happy tummy.

Guess what I'm cooking tonight. Lots of Hot, Sour and Sweet goodies, with pork mince.

Another "brown" Curry Made At Home with lots of sides. Always delicious.

No rice, no naan, so added peas to my Pork/Spinach Achari Keema, added a good dollop of Yoghurt and Lime Pickle. Marvellous.
