𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 & 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱’𝘀 𝗗𝗡𝗔 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀
In Commercial and Retail Design , creativity alone isn’t enough. I strongly believe that architects and interior designers must deeply understand a brand’s behaviour, personality, and DNA to deliver spaces that truly work - visually, functionally, and commercially.
A well-designed space is not just beautiful; it communicates, converts, and enhances the CustomerExperience .
𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚, 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥𝙨:
1️⃣ 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗡𝗔
Analyse the brand’s purpose, values, tone of voice, and market positioning. This becomes the foundation for all design decisions.
2️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝗽 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿
Study how customers interact with the space: flow, dwell times, purchasing triggers, comfort zones, and friction points.
3️⃣ 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Use layout, materials, lighting, and visual cues to express the brand’sh personality and support customer behaviour.
4️⃣ 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀
From signage to finishes to digital touchpoints , every detail should reinforce the brand story.
5️⃣ 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲
Evaluate the design against KPIs: footfall patterns, conversion rates, dwell time, operational efficiency, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳:
• +𝟯𝟬% increase in CustomerEngagement when the space aligns with brand psychology.
• Up to 𝟮𝟬% higher sales in strategically designed retail layouts.
• Reduced operational bottlenecks and better staff efficiency.
• Stronger brand loyalty through consistent experience.
When we design with brand intelligence at the core, the results are not only aesthetic - they are measurable, profitable, and sustainable.

Another successful delivered!
Our journey this time had a beautiful twist. It wasn’t just about design and ex*****on; it was about shaping a brand that genuinely connects with people and reflects how they engage with a growing identity.
Introducing “Bountree Fresh-Point”, a fresh fruit and vegetable outlet in Enfield Shopping Centre - part of a wider chain of outlets and mini-markets under the rapidly growing Bountree brand.
The design was driven by one main goal: to create a brand that speaks through every detail - from carefully selected products to the final look, colours, and natural materials. The concept focuses on maximising customer service speed while maintaining consistent quality, and allowing smooth, efficient storage and restocking during peak hours without unnecessary pressure on the daily operation.
Our tiered display design allows clear visibility from all four directions, rising toward the central feature tower. This structure immediately captures attention as customers enter the shopping centre, guided by natural materials, product colour gradients, scale, and variety.
This project was delivered in collaboration with our sister company GTOPIA, and included:
• Booth Design & Construction - AHDesigns
• Brand DNA & Experience - GTOPIA
• Visual Identity Design - GTOPIA
• Product Visual Merchandising - GTOPIA
Proud of this journey. Grateful for the trust. And excited for what’s coming next.

𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨 ... 𝙇𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮.
Have you ever considered that our work as an architect or interior designer goes far beyond creating beautiful spaces?
That it could 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 ?
In my own work, I’ve seen first-hand how the right spatial decisions can shift energy, influence movement, and directly impact sales.
But it’s not just a feeling—it’s backed by data and real storie
Here’s what the data says:
• 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁: Thoughtful interior design can lead to a 15% 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀
• 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Well-lit spaces make diners 16–24% more likely to make deliberate food choices—often leading to higher spending.
• 𝗦𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: The right aroma in retail or dining spaces can 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 300%, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝘆 6%, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝘆 15.9%.
• 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿: Strategic layout can lead to a 20–40% 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 by improving navigation and product exposure.
• 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Around 60% 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 are influenced by a store’s aesthetic, directly impacting their buying decisions.
These aren't just choice —they're moves.
Interior and , when deeply aligned with consumer psychology and brand strategy, become a powerful tool. From spatial flow to lighting, colour psychology to ambient scent—every detail influences how people behave, what they feel, and ultimately, how they spend.
This is why I believe should be sitting at the table with marketing and sales teams—not just delivering a look and feel, but helping shape environments that convert.
Design is not decoration. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀
And when done right, it’s
If you’re a looking to 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿—let’s connect.

This joinery piece showcases a thoughtful balance of cultural significance and aesthetic harmony brought to life through an exquisitely crafted Arabic calligraphy installation within the restaurant’s design.
The structure embodies a modern, minimalist appeal, with the calligraphy cut out in white-painted wood and set against a backdrop of light, natural wood. Its sleek, rounded rectangular frame complements the graceful flow of the Arabic letters, creating a seamless blend of traditional and contemporary elements.
Strategically positioned by a large window on the main facade, the installation benefits from natural light that enhances its texture and contrast, further accentuating its elegance.

A well-crafted signage leaves a lasting positive impression, subtly conveying that attention to detail extends to every aspect of the business, including a force of good expectation of the food quality. As well the simplicity of signage design is creating an effective, non-verbal connection between customers and the surrounding atmosphere, contributing to a holistic user experience.
In our design for the main entrance, we’ve used sleek PVC black signage against a neutral timber background. This creates a striking contrast, ensuring clear visibility and mutual bonding.

We are proud to showcase the exquisite Scandinavian BROKIS KNOT pendant lamps as part of the carefully curated design details in our Lebanese House Restaurant project.
These Nordic luminaire glass lustres bring a sophisticated and warm ambience to the space. Each lamp features a finely crafted knotted, semi-rough rope that elegantly passes through tinted, illuminated glass, with pure brass metal accents at the ends. The combination of these elements adds an understated yet impactful decorative touch, embodying the delicate balance between craftsmanship and contemporary design.
We are happy to share more with you... So stay tuned
