It is Mal Gomez birthday celebrations at the Pineapple Cardiff tomorrow.. Her karaoke freinds will be leaving a card by where she sat. We will play some of fave songs and quietly remembering her. It is also the 5th anniversary since Jim Ryan left us. It will be a happy night and everyone is welcome to come show their respects

Just as we are trying our upmost best to keep this pub going for the community and the regulars we have a coward who throws a large pebble through the pineapple window and one of the regular customers car left in the car park. This happened at 1:30am this morning. We have an image on the cctv but not quite clear enough, although we have an idea!! If anyone seen or heard anything please could they get in touch. Waiting on Lidl’s cctv too. Been reported to the police and have kept the pebbles used. So so sad that someone feels the need to do this in such an uncertain time for many many people’s lives and businesses. Praying we can identify the person and name and shame them! PLEASE SHARE

Firstly, thank you to all our customers for giving us the best start of re-opening your local. The Pineapple Team have enjoyed being back at work and seeing some friendly faces again : )

*Sadly, we will now be pouring the last pint at 9:59pm so we can have an orderly close, this isn't our choice, we would love to serve you longer but if we want to stay in business we have to adhere to the rules so please can you respect this when the time comes to leave.

* Please could all customers enter with a mask on until you are sat at your table.

* Sanitise your hands on entering

* We are legally required to collect details of a member of each group for track and trace and each group cannot exceed a maximum of 6 people per table.
