Cardiff University's training space has been upgraded with four Legend Pro Power Racks, previously used by Team GB at the Paris 2024 Games.

We also installed four custom-branded platform inserts, bringing the university’s identity into the heart of the training environment.

Designed to elevate performance, this upgrade not only enhances the look of the space, but also provides users with a high-quality training environment to support strength and long-term development.

It was a pleasure to be back at Cardiff Metropolitan University to supply and install an extension to their existing KingsBox freestanding rig 👌🏼

The upgraded setup now features 8 bays, creating more training space and allowing multiple users to train simultaneously. This extension helps the gym better meet demand during peak times.

Equipment that stands the test of time 💪 We recently completed the fit-out of a bespoke strength & conditioning gym at Lancashire Cricket.

The installation included the supply and fit of midweight performance flooring, delivering superior subfloor protection and creating a durable foundation for high-performance training.

Alongside the flooring, we installed a KingsBox SX20 Half Rack and CX37 Full Rack, providing versatile training stations to support a wide range of exercises for the team.

The completed facility also features a Legend 45-degree plate-loaded leg press, Legend cable column, Legend GHD, assorted bars, plates, dumbbells and benches, as well as plyo boxes and more.

Built for durability and performance, the space was equipped with industry-leading equipment originally used by Olympians during the Paris 2024 Games, giving the kit a second life in a new high-performance environment.
