**Oat Milk Oat Pulp.** After you’ve made your oat milk and sieved the oat pulp, what do you do with it? I’ve been collecting mine and after a few days of making fresh oat milk, I’ve gathered enough oat pulp. I add some coconut oil and bake them, they can be quite wet so they need baking for 40 plus minutes. It doesn’t matter what they look like because after they’ve cooled I feed them to the birds.. if you make them quite round though they’ll fit into the wire mesh bird feeders the ones you put fat balls in, just watch out for squirrels. They love them too!

**Celeriac Recipe** Celeriac or also known in our family as Scareliac, as it has to be the weirdest looking vegetable, and no one knows what to do with it. Celeriac is the root of a celery plant. Highly nutritious, including many vitamins like B6, C and K, and minerals, potassium and manganese. It’s a wonderful seasonal autumnal, starchy vegetable, it makes a great creamy mash or soup. This is my Organic Vegan Mash Recipe... peel and chop 1 celeriac, 3 floury Potatoes peeled and chopped, 50g Naturli Vegan Block, Organic Oatley Cream, 150ml. Salt to taste.. boil the celeriac until tender.. drain then blend with the cream, set aside. In the same water boil potatoes until they are almost falling apart, drain then mash, with the vegan butter, and then stir in celeriac puree with a good pinch of salt. Simple, heavenly.
