Big compound lifts. Biggest bang for your buck. Get the minimum amount of work done for the highest return 💪🏼
Most rugby players aren’t professional, you’re juggling time, work and other commitments ⏱️
So if you’re only getting 1-2 sessions in a week, this is where you want to focus.

B1) Bench Press (4 x 6)
B2) SA DB Row (4 x 6)
C) RDL (2 x 6)
D1) Tricep Extensions (3 x 10)
