* Know your Customers- You need to know what your ideal customer is looking for, the way you present your brand and products/services to them is extremely important. If you trying to target a lawyer the same as if you were targeting a cosmetics company, you’re not going to have much success!
* Build your Online Presence- Do research to find out what social platforms your ideal customer uses, each demographic will be different. Use your best content on your social media as this is where over 72% of the population are on there every day! You want to be using content that stands out from the crowds, whilst offering value and engaging with your audience.
* How people see you- Your customers will be looking at not only you, but also your competitors. You want to stand out for all the right reasons, you want to be engaging with them and showing that you know what you’re talking about.
* Be consistent- Ensure that all your branding is consistent, you want to keep with the same colour schemes, same brand voice and posting regularly
* Create value- People pay for a brand! Starbucks can charge £4.50 for exactly the same coffee as a corner coffee shop that charges £3, people will pay extra because they know and trust the brand! You want to create a brand that sticks in peoples heads so they think of you even when they go to a competitior.

As many of you may know one main part Find My Reach is we help recruitment agencies to fill job positions through social media and facebook ads! On average we are able to generate qualified candidates for £1.50-£2!

I thought I’d share some tips for you all to use on your own social media channels so you are able to generate new candidates to fill your roles!

1st- Content is Key! Your posts should be specific to the industry you are working in, memes are funny but they aren’t going to help you grow your database of candidates! Your posts advertising for the position should be specific so you attract the correct type of people, not un-qualified people just looking for any position!

2nd- Consistency! Be consistent with your posting, you can’t expect people to be following your page if you are posting once every other month, You want to be posting at least once a day!

3rd- Not all social media channels are equal! If you are recruiting within the finance industry, you are better off posting on LinkedIn than twitter! However if you are within Construction looking to fill temp positions, you are likely to get better results from posting on Facebook and Twitter due to the demographics on those platforms!
