Quick message from Ops Manager before VEST CT closes up for 2025 and reopens on 5 January 2026. I would like to thank the trustees, admin staff and volunteers drivers for thier support and guidance over the past 12 months. Its been a busy time with new trustees, staff and the most important thing vehicles. I look forward to 2026 and maintaining the "Gold Standard" for our service users.

Can service users please bare with us today, its just operations manager in the office and he is busy sorting out a RTA and ensuring that the driver is looked after. He will try and answer the phones when he is not speaking to insurance company, claims solicitor, hire car company and repair garage. Tomorrow both schedulers will be in and normal service will resume.
Once again sorry to our service users, this will not happen again on my watch, measures will be implemented ASAP.

The ops manager buying the admin staff bacon & sausage baps and cake to wish Cam a happy 60 birthday. Been 8 months with the charity and is doing a great job.
