Business In The City is ONE TODAY! 🎈

What a year it’s been! Firstly, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has supported Business In The City - whether you’ve read the articles, contributed, advertised, shared content or simply sent me a message to say how much you love it! 🖤

Seeing as we’re celebrating one year, I thought it would be a good idea to show my face and say hello 👋🏼 For those who don’t know me, I’m Katrina, creator of Business In The City. I’m a mum, wife and small business owner, so I understand the struggles of trying to juggle growing a business and home life - which is why I wanted to create a platform that not only promoted other businesses, but also provided them advice and guidance on various aspects of running a business.

There has been a few changes to Business In The City over the past year, but it’s only made it bigger and better than before! 🙌🏼 There are lots new things coming over the next few months too, but in the meantime time keep your eyes pealed 👀 later for something I’m sure you’ll want to get your hands on! 🤩

Be someones shot of Whisky rather than everyone's cup of tea | Penderyn Distillery | Business In The City 25/09/2020

Stephen Davies and the founders of Penderyn Distillery were no strangers to these types comments when they first announced they wanted to launch a Welsh Whisky. However over the years they have not only overcome these barriers, but they have grown a hugely successful, award winning business.

I met Stephen recently at an online networking event and was inspired by his story, so I caught up with Stephen again to find out a bit more about Penderyn Distillery, how he overcame the negativity, and what advice he has for other businesses facing similar battles.

So grab a glass of your favourite tipple (Penderyn ideally! 🥃) and read the full article on the Business In The City website
