We’re still taking it all in.

On Sunday, players, rugby legends, volunteers, businesses, stallholders, performers, families and supporters came together at Porth Harlequins RFC for MBIA Touch Rugby Fundraiser— all in support of Marshalling Brain Injuries Alliance.

What started as a touch rugby fundraiser became something much bigger: a day of community, conversation, laughter, awareness and support.

Every raffle ticket bought.
Every bid placed.
Every donation made.
Every person who stopped to ask about MBIA.
Every conversation about concussion, brain injury and CTE.

It all mattered.

Most importantly, the money raised will help us continue supporting people affected by brain injury and their families.

We have a LOT of people to thank, and over the next few days we’ll be sharing more photographs, highlights and some of the people who made the day possible.

I had such a lovely few hours capturing all the action, the determination, the smiles, and even a few "why did I sign up for this?!" faces 😂
A huge well done to everyone who took part — whether you ran for a PB, for a challenge, or just to cross that finish line, you should all be so proud of yourselves. Also a massive shoutout to all the volunteers and organisers who worked so hard behind the scenes to make the event happen.
