So many of my clients arrive at my door carrying the weight of the world. Before they even get on the table, the stories come out, the deep sighs happen, and sometimes, the tears flow. And honestly? I welcome all of it.

​My touch is rooted in absolute nurture. I work with your nervous system, never against it. I use slow rhythms, calming oils, and quiet energy to guide your body out of survival mode and back into balance.
