Anyone bought from carshop recently ?
Or is my job here done.

Maybe they've improved.
Maybe they've got worse ??

From my experience
They used to boast
AA endorsed warranty
Think they might mean
Alcoholics anonymous

I had to have some work done by aAudi
Audi said they have never dealt with a company so bad . Ever.
They weren't happy with Audi professional report. They wanted pictures. Then more pictures. Then a video.
Audi just couldn't please them. So then they insisted on sending an independent repairer to Audi . Who disagreed with Audi mechanics.
So refused to pay fir the work. Cost me £1300 plus. To put my car back together. After warranty people wanted it dismantled to take photos of the leak.
Avoid the warranty
Avoid the carshop mechanics
Okokok
Avoid carshop.

I'm now in the process of a
Letter before action
And if that don't work
Small claims court.
This company get away with too much.

A bit of advice.
Don't complain about carshop.
They will block you
And stop you from
Commenting.
I'm blocked.
But I won't shut up.
They owe me
And probably hundreds of other
people also

Another chapter.
Sat nav broke.
3 attempts to fix.
Sent it to a third place to fix it.
And yippee was done.
No charge. Carshop covered the cost. Luckily was within 2 weeks of purchasing the car.
They lost the sat nav CD and tried to blame me.
Cowboys. Wont except any liability.

They replaced my water pump without any proof that it was broken.
Not covered by crap warranty.
Seal gone.
Seals are perishable and not covered.
Still leaked. Because nothing wrong with water pump. As audi later proved .

Warranty ??

No. Its rac backed warranty ?
Whats that mean
It means nothing.
Audi in cardiff tried processing a claim for me.
They said. It is and was the worst company they have ever had to deal with.
They told them the fault.
Not good enough. We need proof.
To do that. My car needed stripping down. And photos of the broken part.
150.00 plus an hour to do..
I had to agree to these charges .
They sent photo.
Not good enough. They wanted the part taken off. And proif that it was broken. Once taken off. Its done. Will need new part.
150 plus an hour again. To take this part off. Now up to 4 hours labour.
They then rejected the claim after 8 days of hassle.
And left me with broken car. Cost me £1200.00 to put it back together and fix it.
Warranty was a complete joke..
There attitudes stunk..
