💇‍♀️There you have it Ladies and Gents, Boys and Girls.......we have full steam ahead!!!

The time has come to book those appointments you have all been longing for💇‍♂️

So firstly i would like to say a massive thank you to everyone, and for all your patience and understanding at this time.

Please can I point out a few stages of how we are going to ease out of the lockdown and get up and running in a safe manner.

With the last lock down we had it worked extremely well, and we are hoping it will again. We have decide that the clients who were booked in before Christmas will be contacted first....due to the announcement being made by the Welsh government closing three days before Christmas, so I do think it fair to do those first.

Secondly, we will then contact everyone individually who has contacted me direct via messenger and those who have left telephone messages via our salon telephone ☎️

I hope you can all understand and agree with the decision we have decided.

I can assure you, everyone will be contacted to arrange a time and date that is convenient for them.

Please bare with us, as you can imagine it is going to be a very busy next few weeks ahead.

If you haven't contacted me yet or we don't contact you, then please feel free to contact the salon on 02920 831040 and we can arrange a time and date for those also.

Hi everyone, just a quick message to see how your all doing and I hope your all doing well and your all staying safe.

For some reason I can't get onto the salon

As most of you are aware, we are going back into another lock down from 12.00pm this evening, so the salon will be closed until further notice.

For those who are booked in next week, we do apologise that we are unable to carry out the service you have required. We will reschedule you all back in once we have the go ahead.
We are following all government guidelines, as they have requested so far.

As most of you are aware, an announcement has been made today by the Welsh Government.
From this coming Friday at 6.00pm we will be closing the salon for two weeks due to a high rise of covid.
For those who are booked in this Saturday we are trying to get you in before we close. For those who are booked in for next week and the week after, we will be carrying you over a further two weeks and then taking bookings there on after.

Thank you for those who private messaged me and messaged me through messenger.

But no one has vandalised the salon shop front.
The painter who is doing the shop front done it.
The salon is being primed today and painted tomorrow.

Thank you all for your concern but its fine.

(I'll be having a word with the painter now lol)

Good afternoon to all our lovely clients.
As you can imagine with the announcement made later this afternoon by Mark Drakeford, my phone has gone through the roof with messages lol.
A plan has been put into place, and all will be revealed soon.
I can imagine you are all needing your hair done so let me reassure you we will bring the service that once was.
I have recieved so many messages, and i have not been able to reply to you all, but I will.
We are not sure when we will be re-opening as of yet, but It won't be to long.
As soon as we know more I will make an announcement then.
We will be following all safety regulations for all clients and our staff at Manuelle Hair Designs.
