HAPPY ARMED FORCES DAY.
Some of you may know I served in the British Army in my younger years. Serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, I was welcomed to a new family and formed a brotherhood which can’t be replaced.
We do a lot of work for veteran charities and give discounts to veterans and current serving personnel.

On the 24th of may myself and a few others will be climbing Pen-y-fan for Valindre cancer charity, I know what your thinking what’s so special about climbing Pen-y-fan well we’ll be doing it 3 times one after another. Then on the 30th there a charity night being held at the Rudry inn where there is a raffle with some great prizes from spa days, power tools and even a few bottles of drink.
