Grove Designs was launched in 2004 when my first client, a friend of a friend, entrusted me to make several Roman Blinds and a pair of hand made French pleated dress curtains. Working on our dining room table and often late into the night the order was complete and fitted in time for Christmas! New cushion covers for an old rocking chair. I had limited fabric so pattern placement and pattern matching were to the best use of available fabric. I used a coordinating fabric on the bits that aren’t easily seen.
