🧠 MENS MENTAL HEALTH MONTH 🧠

Another goes by and another huge effort is going into making sure we are checking on our mates, our brothers, our partners or even some strangers but the problem is still huge

We know the stats, it’s frightening and hard to hear the amount of men who feel there is no way out of how they feel..

This post isn’t about your genetic plead for help or just to check in your mates.

This is about what the cause is, anxiety, worry, financials, work load, pressure that weighs on a man day to day and not being brave enough to talk 🗣️

That list is what leads to these terrible thoughts and actions.

We all are always praising how strong and great our circle is but we don’t use them enough, we need to talk, we need to share and we need to take the weight off our chest.

Life is way to short as it is and we don’t need to make it shorter over things we can fix and take control of.

- Text that pal you’ve lost touch with
- Let go of that grudge you were holding
- Get round your pals even if you don’t think they need it
- Let go of that thing that pi**ed you off 5 years ago

Start letting go of what doesn’t matter and make a huge a focus on things that do, they you love and that you want to be around ♥️

Hug your partners, hug your boys and hug your brothers.

Bundles of love to go around and everyone deserves to feel it 🫶🏼

If you told me 2 years ago this man would rock up to his first ever triathlon, in the shape he is and in the head space he is… I would have never have believed you!

This man is beyond words now, his actions purely speak for themselves! 🌟

So so proud of him and what a role model to have… 3:03m for his first ever triathlon 🚬
