we did a thing last weekend, it was fun! a more playful take on the experience for a very special 30th birthday party, in the most amazing garden! thank you x each serving was “taco” inspired 1. greek salad taco
lettuce ‘tortilla’ heritage toms fresh & crisps, chewy black olives, whipped feta, cucumber powder, micro basil, unfiltered olive oil
2. Baja fish taco
BBQ king mush scallops, fresh corn tortilla, avocado mayo, beer battered samphire, lemon & capers
3. Cheese burger taco
smashed cheese burger, fresh corn tortilla, dill pickles, birria dip
4. Butternut squash taco
butternut squash tortilla, butternut purée, black pudding crumb, almonds biscuit, nut butter & sage
5. ice cream sarni taco
lemon verbena ice cream, peanut butter cookie, strawberry jelly & szechwan peppercorn meringue big love to for everything really! 🤪

(hopefully has some more) we put together a 5 course taco inspired tasting menu for a 30th birthday party this was the second course . . . . when a baja fish taco meets fish n chips! dashi marinaded king oyster scallops on the BBQ, avocado mayo, capers, beer battered samphire ‘scraps’ smoked sea salt
