Caring for the environment is a fundamental part of who we are at Pro2col. We’re always looking for ways to reduce our impact, make positive changes, and encourage those around us to do the same. To celebrate World Environment Day earlier this month and support The Great Big Green Week, our team have been doing what we do best - making small, meaningful changes - while going that little bit extra.

From wearing green, to litter picking across the local Christchurch area, carpooling to reduce emissions, and hosting a swap shop to give items a new lease of life, the pack have been embracing a range of initiatives to help reduce our ecological footprint 💚

We wanted to let you know that the Pro2col office will be closed on Monday 25th May for the Spring Bank Holiday. During this time, our Technical Support team will be unavailable.

Yesterday, our Operations team came together for their FY27 Outlook Event.

After a morning of presentations, celebrating achievements from the past year, and aligning on goals for the future, they stepped outside their comfort zones and traded the office for the treetops for an afternoon of team building - hopefully not too many sore muscles today!

Last Friday, the whole team came together for our end-of-year company conference which provided the opportunity to reflect on and celebrate everything we’ve achieved over the last financial year, while also setting our sights on FY27 and aligning around what’s shaping up to be another big year for Pro2col.

Throughout the day, we heard from several members of the team - Katie, Dave, Mich and Craig - thank you for your engaging presentations. And a big thank you to Glynn, James and Matthew for giving everyone the chance to ask questions and for sharing some exciting plans for what’s ahead.

One of the highlights, as always, was recognising the outstanding contributions across the team through our employee awards. Huge congratulations to Dave, Richard, Sean, Caine, Maria and Katie. And a special shoutout to Jake Honeybun for taking home Hunter of the Year after closing Pro2col’s largest deal, and to Steph, who was crowned this year’s Top Dog – very well deserved.

Finally, a massive thank you to Katie and Jade for all the hard work behind the scenes in organising such a fantastic event.

After a phenomenal FY26, we’re ready to go again - but not before our sales team came together last week for their annual kick-off. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate wins, hear from every member of the team, and set the pace for an exciting year ahead.

Once presentations wrapped up, the team swapped slides for sails and headed out onto the Dorset coastline - a perfect way to close out the financial year. A huge thank you to Watersports Academy and Chris at CJS Catering & Events for taking such great care of the team.
