Sometimes a little change makes a BIG difference.

We’ve given one of our Hot Rocks favourites an upgrade. Our Guanna Chicken is now made using succulent dark-meat chicken thigh instead of chicken breast. Chargrilled crispy chicken skin for that extra texture.

Why the change?

Because jerk and dark meat are made for each other.

Chicken thigh has a naturally richer flavour and stays beautifully tender and juicy, making it the perfect partner for our fiery Jamaican jerk marinade of dark rum, lime and Caribbean spices.

Dark meat is also a classic choice for jerk-style chicken, standing up brilliantly to those big, bold flavours while giving you that succulent texture we were looking
Served with kidney bean & spring onion jasmine rice, fried plantain and our Caribbean spicy sauce.

This Halloween, Mi Amor goes dark

Join us on Saturday 31st October from 5PM until Late as Hot Rocks transforms for a special Mi Amor Halloween Party.

Taking control of the music throughout the evening:

1ONEMOE • CONNOR HALL • DJMT • ABI JOY LEMON • MIKEY B

Expect the Mi Amor atmosphere you know, with a darker Halloween edge - great music, a packed dancefloor, Halloween cocktails and 2 for 1 cocktails to get the night started.

Fancy dress is encouraged but absolutely not compulsory. Whether you’re arriving head-to-toe Halloween or just coming down for the music, everyone is welcome.

Somat Funny Comedy Events presents ‘Hot Rocks with Laughter’ featuring five comedians from the south coast 🙌🏼

Zak Lacey, the current Hampshire comedian of the year, will perform alongside Liz Neesam, who holds the title for female Hampshire comedian of the year.
The show will be hosted by Travis Booth Millard, who has reached numerous competition finals across the UK.
The headline act is Poole’s Tim Sque, recently named Dorset comedian of the year 2026.

Bournemouth comedian Jay Soma will also perform, having built a strong following on the south coast over the last three years.
