Last job before christmas was this 316 super bright stainless steel heat duct for a fire pitt in a customers house 😊

Slowly getting there with sorting out the workshop ready for the new year. Just the garage area to paint now and some lights in the workshop area and ill be good to go. Unfortunatley i am booked up from start of feburary for around 6-7months but will hopefully be able to fit other jobs in around the project i am working on over that period. However if anyone needs any jobs doing between now and then i have some time so get in touch. Thanks.

Had a Busy week! Fabricated 16 of these trolly frames for airbus.

From 6mm mild steel tanks last week to this 2mm stainless steel hopper. This will sit above a shaker which all different types of nuts are filtered through and checked for metal in the prodct etc. The hopper is sat on a 50x50x3mm box section frame at 1800mm from floor level. Nuts are fed from above and hopper filled untill full. I Have fabricated a sliding door so the users can stop the flow once the shaker has reached correct level. It is bolted to the floor with raw bolts to ensure correct position.

Prototype trolly frame done for airbus. The original design was to bolt the top frame to an exisiting trolly but then customer decided they would prefer to have JM performance fabricate the job as a whole and make the trolly as well. So if we do any more i will encorperate the bottom frame into the top frame. Nice to see a job from the start to the finished product. Just needs bolting together and to fit the handle ✔

Put this Frame together for airbus today. Prototype for them to test and trial.

Busy week for JM-Performance. Working on these custom oil tanks. 2 built this week and another 3 to complete next week. 🐐
