Responsibilities include:

✔️ Running daily shop operations
✔️ Stock control, ordering & presentation
✔️ Managing & supporting staff
✔️ Maintaining cleanliness & food safety
✔️ Handling customer enquiries
✔️ Opening & closing duties
✔️ Ensuring smooth, efficient operation

You’ll need:

✔️ Previous management/supervisory experience
✔️ Strong leadership & organisation skills
✔️ Confidence working independently
✔️ Excellent customer service & communication

📢 Important Update from The Ruddy Duck

Hey folks, a quick heads‑up. Due to an unexpected equipment malfunction, we’ll be closed this evening. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Our big sister restaurant, The Dirty Duck, is open as normal for sit‑in only (no takeaway).

We’re aiming to be back up and running on Wednesday, and we’ll keep you posted right here on our socials.
